"My husband and I just bought our second house with Vivian and we would never use another realtor. Vivian continues to blow us away with her talent, client service, and expertise. We sold and bought with her team and were very happy with both aspects. We were able to sell Our home for more than we expected and had a quick and efficient closing on both houses. I trust Vivian completely to get us the best deal and provide the very best service. I’m so glad we started working with her!"

"Vivian was a God-send. She was the perfect mix of fun, smart, quick, witty and professional. She was on top of the whole transaction every step of the way and handled everything like a Pro. She is now our personal real estate agent for life."

"Vivian provided a best in class experience throughout the entire process, from getting the property to the closing. First class all the way. Isle MN Cabin - Mille Lacs Lake"

"We worked with Vivian on buying our first home and could not have been more pleased with the results. Vivian went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. She made finding the perfect place easy and simple. Buying a house can be a scary thing, but with Vivian you need not worry. She worked around our busy schedules and even drove through one of the biggest blizzards of the year to make sure we could go to a showing. So glad she did because that is now the home we now live in and love. Highly recommend Vivian to anyone looking to buy or sell a home."

"I cannot think about a professional relationship that I would rather endorse than Vivian. She represented me in both a buying and selling transaction. I always felt that she put my interests first and we optimized both transactions. I even got approximately 10% above market with a similar condo 100 yards away! I would always engage Vivian on any real estate transaction!"

"Vivian and her team made my home buying process easy, fun and stress free. She is extremely knowledgeable. Her excellent listening skills helped her truly understand my needs and wants. She was reliable and completely responsive. Every time I had a question or concern I knew I would get a clear and timely response. Vivian and her team CARE about their clients, and that was evident at every step. She made buying my home fun and safe...I trust her completely!

"After receiving a strong recommendation from a trusted friend, we have worked with Vivian on three very successful property transactions. Vivian’s team was fantastic to work with, staged the home, and sold it in the first 24 hours due to extremely professional marketing and presentation leading up to listing. Vivian works very hard at always being available and providing exceptional customer service through an effective approach of blending patience with tenacity in a way that is always in the best interest of her clients. I have and will continue to refer family and friends to Vivian and her team with absolute confidence!

"Since moving to Minnesota, Vivian has been our go to Realtor. She assisted us with the purchase of our first home about 5 years ago. She really helped us pick the right house for our needs and helped us with all our relocation questions. More recently she assisted us with the sale of our first home and the purchase of our forever home. She was integral in locating our new home and the successful closing on that home and the selling of our first home. Without us explicitly saying what our needs and wants are, Vivian was able to figure out our needs and get us more than we could have imagined. Our family can live our best life because of Vivian’s hard work. She will forever be our family’s go-to Realtor. "
